Dr. Panajian will assist on how to foster the evolution of an analytic process. The complexity of resistances, transference/countertransference issues will be explored. Emotional reactions and ways of listening will be addressed. Different forms of interventions and different functions of language will be explored. Thought processes in facing the unknown of a session will be discussed. Dr. Panajian will also focus on making inferences whether the therapist is dealing with verbal or pre-verbal material during the therapeutic encounter.
