Corinne Vance, MA, LPC-S, is Senior Trauma Therapist at The WellHouse, having stepped down from her position as Director of Trauma Therapy. She is also Assistant Internship Director with The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, North America Regional Representative with International Christian Alliance on Prostitution and sees private clients with a group practice, Noonday Therapeutic Center.
Corinne has experience working with Domestic and Global NGO’s providing Training/Consultation in the areas of Aftercare for trafficking survivors. She has developed curriculum and offered training on Human Trafficking for mental health professionals. While at The WellHouse, Corinne works from a psychoanalytic model of therapy informed by the work of Donald Winnicott and Wilford Bion and their concepts of ‘holding’ and ‘container/contained’.
Corinne has a history with the Center of Object Relations, having served in the roles of: Administrator; Bookkeeper; and Board Member in the past.
Corinne and her husband have four adult sons and four daughters-in-law. Her most favorite time is spending time with family and six grands.
